Conditional logic: Hide/Show field not working

    I have created a form https://form.jotform.com/80862059452965. I have had no issue with conditional logic previously, but in this form, Conditions 1, 2 and 3 ,that are to hide fields in the form if being completed by 'CRJV Supervisor', are not hidden.

     

    Is this a  glich, as I cant see why it has suddenly stopped working.

     I have checked your form and it seems your conditions are set to hide each fields.

    May I recommend using the Hide Multiple to hide multiple fields with just using a single If condition.

    And disable other if statements that are hiding the same fields to avoid conflicts in statements.
