I don't seem to be receiving our e-mails through our forms online

    Hi,

    Could you please tell me why I am not receiving my website submissions to my e-mail address? Thanks in advance. Karl

    It's only in the past two weeks that this has stopped happening up until then it was all fine, so I'm puzzled.

    Hi Karl,

    Please set your form notifications "Sender E-Mail" to noreply@jotform.com

    You might also want to set the "Reply-To Email" section to your form Email Address field just in case you want to reply to your submissions directly from your email account.

    Please let us know if the problem still persist after doing the above solutions.

    It will not let me click on notificatiosn 2, also could you tell me or send me the ip address of who logged in yesterday and created a form?

    Sorry I figured why it would not open, but I still would like to know who created the form yesterday if possible?

    Hi Karl,

    109.144.199.41 is the last IP on our record. I also don't know if  the IP will change if someone will logon to an account. But I think we don't have this kind of feature on our end. 

    What is the e-mail address that it is currently sending leads to?

    I just don't know who created a form yesterday (that IP is mine) but the last to log on is me ofcourse today. 

    Has Jotform settings changed recently is that why it is not sending to my e-mail address because like i said this has only happened for the past 2-3 weeks,
