First, JotForm is such a great resource! Our not-for-profit organization has used it successfully many times.
We have a scholarship form online, using a template of JotForm. The first scholarship submission came through perfectly, however in testing the system, I see the Please Wait message stays on now when submitting Submit.

I went back to the form and tested several things. Then I replaced the previous code with IFrame which seemed to take care of the problem. Will check the form again after the next submission.

I submitted a test submission to your form and I can see that the iFrame code fixed the issue. My test submission was successful and I did not get stuck on the "Please wait" button.
