Our form has required questions on each page - is there a way for someone who is completing the form to preview the form so they can see all the questions without completing all the required questions?

Unfortunately there is no way to preview the form before you fill it in by using a widget or standard field. It is possible to preview the form after you have filled it in (prior to submission). You would need the preview before submit widget:

One solution you have is to mark all your fields as unrequired. That way you users can preview the form by moving through the pages easily.

Then add a condition to require multiple fields if the first question is filled.

If not, is there a way for me to get a copy of the form?

Not sure what you are asking here. Do you want to print a paper copy of the form? Can you please elaborate?
