How can I switch to a non-profit account?

Hi there,

I am loving jot form and just noticed that you offer a discount for non-profits.  Is there a way to transfer my forms and current account over to the non-profit version?  We currently have two forms active to upload info and I don't want to disrupt the process. I regret that I didn't see this sooner.

You can upgrade your existing account to non-profit. Please take note that we have an approval process for the non-profit discount. Please go to this page (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing) and follow the instructions.

We'll review your application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to proceed.
