I would like to receive notification of forms submitted. I believe at this point only the email on the account can. Could we add me?

The default email recipient of a newly created email notification is the email address associated with the account. To set a new recipient, please refer to this guide — How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address-
And for setting multiple recipients for an email notification in forms owned by paid accounts, please follow the instructions in this guide — Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
