    Form not showing in Internet Explorer

    Hi, I've also got a problem with IE not showing our form at all.  It shows fine in Firefox, chrome, safari and opera.  I've got IE version 9.0.8112.16421  our form is http://www.jotformeu.com/spinalh , I've embeded it using iframe code.  Any help would be apriciated.

    Can you please try to re-embed your form using an iFrame code? To get your form's iFrame code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you.

    Hi Moonzkie, Just done as you suggested and it still doesn't show. Also, when I embed the html snippet it asks to resize the box to a really thin and long shape. I said no to that and manually resized the box.  I am using Sitemaker, via Webeden as the website design/host company.

    It also doesn't work very well with an iPhone, the form layout distorts.

    I was able to reproduce your problem here:

    However, I think this has more to do with Web Eden's scripting, not ours, as the problem does not occur on one of my test sites which uses basic HTML.

    I have an idea as to which exact script causes the form to not display on IE, but I don't think Web Eden users have access to this script. I suggest that you contact their support for further assistance on this issue.

    Thanks for your help so far.  I'll contact Webeden today and see if they can fix this. Would hate to give up on Jotform as it does exactly what we need.  Cheers, Corrin
