I have a form setup I'm just trying to integrate the "pay option"

Since we buy as a group this isn't a normal click pay.

It needs to go into a money pool that's set up.

I can not figure out how to .

The buy form is setup with items the company sells .

I want the individual person to be able to place their own order and pay for it .

Then I aggregate all paid for orders and we buy in bulk.

I am not the seller or maker of products.

We don't have a payment pool.

And it just isn't possible to automate the whole process how you describe. You would need to employ someone to manage this.

Firstly you will need to open an account with a payment integration (PayPal, Stripe. Auth.net, etc). This is the account that funds can go in.

Then you setup your form to collect payments for the goods. The customer specifies the product type and quantity. And pays for them. You will have a record of purchases on your submissions page.

    How-to-View-Form-Submissions

Finally you must use the money collected yourself to pay for the goods in bulk and deliver them to the customer.
