Is JotForm the part of any other company?

I signed up for "The Traffic Difference" on March 22nd and have not heard from them.

Do you know how I can contact them?

I'm not sure if I understood your question, please note that you may have submitted a JotForm form, but unfortunately we cannot provide the information about them if they have an account with JotForm, also we do have not access to their workflow so you would need to contact them directly using the information on their website.

There's no contact info on their website. They sent me to yours. The
company name is Website Internet Services, Inc. I paid them $165.25 for 175
clicks.

No, we're not part of any other company as far as I know so anyone else should be charging you on behalf of JotForm or be related to JotForm, we have our own pricing that is handled by our payment processors and you can see the details here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing 

Now, how did they send you here? Did they send an email? 

If so, may you please provide us with that? 

I can see you have submitted this form http://www.jotform.us/form/61677056059160, but there is not any payment information so I assume you paid through another method, the form's owner is under a free email, not a corporate one.

After I paid jottorm.com just appeared on my screen. I just assumed you
were part of their company. Their url is thetrafficdifference.com.
