We only have widgets that would allow you to this, but the design is different. Let me see if I can create a demo form for you.
We have the following:
For the slider: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/numeric_slider.
For the Buttons: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/button_radios.

Unfortunately, the Button Radios can't have a calculation value so it's not possible to use it. A workaround would be to use the Single Choice option with calculation values based on the duration.
Here's the demo form https://form.jotform.com/80857363729974.
You'll see the sub-total and Grand total which is our calculation widget (https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form).
The Duration field is a single choice field with calculation values;
https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
If you will adopt the same method, the radio button can be styled to make it look like a button. It would take time so I haven't done it in the demo.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
