How can I use the UniqueID as a parameter in an URL written in the Free Text area?

In my form (that will be embeded in a blog article) I must instruct the submitters to visit a certain webpage (ie. submitter 1 visit page 1, submitter 2 visit page 2, etc), then fill the form with the information provided in that webpage.

I was thinking to use the UniqueID to store the submitter's number, then to post the clickable URL in a Free Text field. The problem is I can't figure out if and how can I use the UniqueID to personalise the URL.

This is the URL format, and the highlighted number should be replaced with the UniqueId:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

This is maybe possible but takes a thorough manipulation of the codes and data. I will try to ask my colleagues about this. Please stay tune.

    Hi there,

I'm sorry but this isn't doable inside the form but it's possible to prepopulate the unique ID value on your thank you message page. Just insert the unique ID variable {id} on the URL where you'd like it to be placed. Example.{id}&sq=&SortBy=AEA&ShowFinalized=True

This will autochange and will be prepopulated with the real unique ID value e.g. 1,2,3,4

All you need to do is to place the modified URL to your thank you message.

    Example (cloned of your form):
