Jotform > ZenDesk: Create ticket via email

    Hi there - is there a reason a completed JotForm will not be read as a ticket in ZenDesk, whereas emailing the same email address directly will create a ticket...?

    Are you trying to create a ticket that is supposed to be placed by the user (from the user's email address)?

    Normally, the email notifications are being sent from the email address. The users' email addresses are being added to the Reply-To: header rather than the From: header.
