My form that I created has been published but the form is no longer showing up. Can't find the form or the submissions

    It seems this is a form which is shared with you by the main user. So, you can access this form as a sub-user as long as the owner of the form authorise your account.

    You can display forms which are shared with you under the "WheatonCollegeForms" folder.
