How to cancel an ongoing subscription from Stripe account?

I found this answer (below) in your knowledgebase, but when I follow the instructions there is no link on the submissions page.  I only see this:

    Submission Date

    2018-02-04 16:32:31

Name of Patient (Name on Account)

    John Doe

    Monthly Membership Subscription

    Brennan Jung MA: Individual
    Payment status:

    ==Payer Info==
    Buyer Name

    Notes

    For February 2018

How can I manage a customer's subscription (cancel it, change the automatic draft date, etc.)?

Here is the answer in JotForm's knowledgebase:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to allow users to cancel their subscriptions, if you need to stop the recurring charge, then you will need to do it from your Stripe Dashboard (since you're using Stripe on your forms), you could find all your active subscriptions by following this link: https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions

If a subscription has been successfully paid the first time the form was submitted, you will also find a link right after the purchased plan, this will be found on the submissions page of your form:

You will be redirected to the information related to that customer where you will also find the active subscription that user has, you will be also able to manage the subscriptions and payments there.

Please note that you can login to your Stripe account and then cancel the desired subscription from stripe subscription page. Please check the screenshot below on how to cancel active subscription from your Stripe account:

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

    We use Dwolla, not Stripe.
    Now what?

I believe the user needs to cancel the recurring payments from their end, but you may want to contact Dwolla support for more information.  I was not able to find a clear answer from the knowledge base.

Dwolla tells me to contact JotForm.
JotForm tells me to contact Dwolla.
This is really frustrating and leading me to look elsewhere for our payment
portal options. It really shouldn't be difficult to manage recurring
    payment subscriptions.
Any further help you can provide or am I on my own?

As far as I know, the user who set up the recurring payments needs to log in to their Dwolla account and cancel the recurring payment from their end.  There is not currently any way to cancel the recurring payment on behalf of the user.

PayPal allows for managing subscriptions on behalf of the user but it seems that Dwolla does not.

Thank you for this. It is helpful information.
JotForm seems to be working for us, but we may need to change from Dwolla
    to another payment processor.
    Thanks again.

You can try PayPal like what suggested by my colleague. Here's the link https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Thank you. Dwolla has been problematic. We may need to switch to PayPal.
