Custom domain does not work using a custom form URL.

Hello There,

I have created a custom form URL, by venue and done the DNS configs and mapping is working with Unique ID that is provided by jot forms, however when i use it with this customer URL is doesn't resolve.

example is like this .

https://forms.kidzapp.com/form/80854619705464  (Cloud7) so this link works perferctly

I have create an custom URL for this form as well which is called cloud7

https://form.jotform.me/Kidzapp/Cloud7 which also works.

however when i try to map it to our  subdomain it does not work

https://forms.kidzapp.com/form/Cloud7

Please help !

Please note that the username is required when using a custom link, even using the JotForm link it does not work while using the custom form URL and without using the owner's username on the URL. 

Example, this link will not work: https://form.jotform.me/form/Cloud7 

However, if you pass the owner's username the custom domain and form URL will work: https://forms.kidzapp.com/Kidzapp/Cloud7
