Hello, We have a deadline for an event application and we are receiving multiple messages from applicants saying that they cannot proceed to payment. Our deadline is tomorrow at 6pm. Can you help? It is multiple people applying or browser or something else?

When I check your form, I can see that you have received successful payments. Everything seems working properly on our end. Would you please give us further details about the issue which your applicants have encountered so that we can inspect it in detail?
