Duplicating across forms

i need to add the same multiple choice question (where did you hear about us) to every form.  Is there a way to do this as a global change or must I go into each form 

Yes, you can copy the Multiple Choice and add it to other forms. Please use the Field Manager app. Here's a screenshot:
