I have checked the details numerous times and they are the correct details. I cannot get a new API as I have forms already linked. Does this have anything to do with the package that I am on?

No, that is not related to package that you're on.
I tested this issue with my Wufoo test account and I was able to import the form successfully.
I could only suspect on API key, but since you said that it is not an option to reset it I'm not sure what else it could be.
You could try to do the integration from another Browser or from Incognito mode (maybe it's cache related problem).
