Hello-
We are trying to create a quiz that looks and works just like this: this https://resources.paycor.com/interactive-tools-calculators/hr-trendcast-quiz
This would require certainly conditional logic to show the answer based on a question, have points associated with each field/answer and at the end show the participant their score and messaging based on their total. (There would be 3 potential results based on the amount of points they get throughout the quiz).
Lastly, we need the fields to be mapped into salesforce and hubspot if possible. Is jotform capable of all these things and design-wise allows for multi-columns and visuals like in the example? We want to be sure before proposing it to the client. -

You may follow this guide in order to create the quiz: https://www.jotform.com/help/289-Turn-Your-Form-into-a-Quiz-or-Exam-
This will avoid the conditions and calculations to manually get the total score.
Now, we do recommend to open one thread per question/issue you have, this way we can assist you better as we will be discussing one single matter in a thread, discussing multiple matters in a single thread will generate confusion.
I have moved your last two questions to different threads, we will assist you as soon as possible here:
