Hello,
We have been creating Jotforms with an auto email every time someone has a submission. I've been testing the emails (for all of our emails) and every time I get a test email there is a red x in the top of the email. I want to make sure that people are not getting that when they actually do submit something. Is there a way to fix that? I make sure to download the images when I get the email too and it still stays red with an x.
Thanks,
Aimee

Please try removing it in the Email Content of your Email Alert. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
If the issue still persists, please provide the direct form link so we can investigate it further.
Thank you.

Please click the Save button after removing it. I also cleared your form cache on our server.
I submitted a test submission and here's the email I have received:
I was not able to see the red "X" in the screenshot you provided. Please try to fill up the form and submit it manually to test it further.
Let us know how it goes. Thank you.
