Not able to submit form and it always shows validation error message.

    Hi,

    I received the following from someone trying to complete a form, and it is not the first time I've been made aware of this:


    I’ve tried to complete the form but it keeps saying there are errors and the wee message box at the bottom just keeps spinning and wont let me complete and submit.

    Please can anyone help.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit your form successfully and thank you message was also displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hi,

    The form isn't embedded on a website, I just send a link via email.

    On the couple of occasions this has happened I have also done a test and had no problems, but this about the 3rd time on people's first attempt that they've experienced the same problem.

    Is there anything that you think could suddenly be causing this? I have been using the form for over a year now and it is just recently that problems have started.

    I have tried submitting the form at my end and was able to submit the form without any issue. Generally, the issue occurs when the related scripts are not loaded correctly on the browser and when embedded on web pages due to conflicts. Could you check with your users if the issue is happening on any specific browser or device? You may ask your users to load the form on a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see how it works.
