How to change the name of my completed .pdf before it emails out?

I would like to say the name and date of the store.

Unfortunately, you cannot rename the attached PDF file in the email alert or the downloaded PDF file on the Submissions page. By default, the file name of the PDF is the submission ID.

However, you can use Google Drive integration or DropBox integration and use custom folder name. Please refer to these guides:
