Hi, I am using the PagSeguro integration process with Jotform, but when I fill all the fields and try to debit the card, the system shows these errors:

    PagSeguro Payment Error
53034shipping address state invalid value: So Paulo53047credit card holder birthdate is required.53051credit card holder phone is required.53049credit card holder area code is required.53065billing address state invalid value: So Paulo

    My form:

    https://submit.jotformz.com/submit/80866774238672/

I made a contact with PagSeguro Support, but they say that the process is working on.

    Can you support me?

    Regards,

    MR

It looks like you have entered invalid information in the form.

You can set the Sandbox Mode on your Payment Integration Settings to Yes and test the form using real data. You can switch it back to No after you finish testing the form.

Make sure the phone number, address, and every information in the form is valid.

Adrian, many thaks for your response.

I filled in all fields as the form showed (probably the API didn't opened it in the correct way).

    Regards,

    MR

I have tried making a test submission to a form with PagSeguro Payment Integration and I received a similar error.

Let me forward this issue to our developers to see if there is an issue on our end and we will let you know via this thread when there is an update.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I was able to make a test submission in a form that I have integrated with PagSeguro. The form is in Sandbox Mode (real credit cards won't be charged).

It looks like the State that you have entered is invalid (São Paulo). The State shortcode (abbreviation) should be used instead, so for São Paulo, the users should enter SP.
Please make sure that all the information entered is correct and valid.

You can find more information on how to fill the form integrated with PagSeguro in this help article.

    Hello again,

I have added a placeholder for the state field. I hope that this prevents submitters from entering wrong information.

    Many Thanks.

Is there any possibility to create a Combo or input Options on State Field? My intention is to reduce the risk to fill the fields.

The Combo of Month are in English, how can I change it to portuguese/

    Regards,

    MR

    Hello @monetizeservicos,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

As you see in the error message, credit card holder birthdate is required for your case. This should be related with your credit card etc but I have created a cc holder birthdate field now.

    1523083761Screen Shot 2018-04-07 at 09.4

Please note that, submitters should enter email, cpf, holder phone and holder birthdate associated with their credit card. Pagseguro checks these informations and returns the error or success codes. We don't process these informations, we just show the return messages from PagSeguro.

Your issue should be fixed now. Please try again and if you encounter an issue, please inform me.

    Thank you.
