HELP ASAP! Not receiving PayPal payments in live form!

    My JotForm is setup to receive payments through PayPal. The form says payments have been received. Money is not in my PayPal account.

    I checked the submissions for your form and only one submission appears to have had a payment processed.  Possibly due to no value being present in the payment field.  The payment for the most recent submission should have been sent and there is a transaction ID for reference.  That ID can be viewed from the submissions page for your form:
