When the meeting request is filled in we would like to be able to put it onto the submitters Google calendar.

To clarify, you want the information filled in or submitted data to be integrated with the submitters google calendar? Unfortunately, this is not possible.
1. We don't have a direct integration with Google calendar. If want to create an integration with google's calendar, you will need to use Zapier integration
2. In case there's an integration, it will only be integrated to the owners account and not the one who submitted the form.
