Form accessible by multiple users from multiple locations

A Jotform has been created that will hopefully assist in better scheduling.  Is it possible to export that form (in Dallas) to another Jotform on a different server (in Atlanta)?  And could we grant access rights to others for that form outside of our immediate group?  We're trying to make the first form private on their own server, but make it accessible to users on the Atlanta server.  And we'd like to give users access to that form on the Atlanta server who are in different locations.

    Thank you for contacting us.

We do not restrict access to the forms. Anyone who has a form link should be able to open it.

If you use an embedded version of the form, you may be able to control the access on your end. For example, show the form in a password-protected area of your website.

If you need copy/transfer existing form from one JotForm account to another JotForm account this is possible.

Please let us know if you have any follow up questions. We will be happy to help.
