Just tried sending a test form (from jotform "preview") and havne't seen anything yet - 15minutes or so.

Was notified by this client that they hadn't been receiving emails for the last 3 days.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Ty

I just tested a clone of your form, replacing your email address with mine and it worked. There's a test that JotForm developers use (here's an example) to see if your email service is receiving submissions but presently I don't have the capability to run that test.

Wayne: The tool to check email server logs is now on the support admin area toolbar.

Ty: I made a test submission on your form and checked our email server logs. It was accepted by your email server. So, something else must be happening on your server. Possibly blocked by the spam filter that runs on your email server. Please send this to your hosting provider so they can investigate.
