Why does this yes or no field not work properly?

This form I created has an issue with the yes or no selection. 

When I select no, it makes it yes on the emailed submission, and vice a versa.

Please help me to figure out what the issue is. Thanks!

I just cloned your form, and did a test submission, and the selection remained after submitting the form:

Upon checking the edit URL, it seems like that the submission you did was submitted with the "yes" selection for that field. Please try making a new submission to test it again. Let us know if you need more help.
