I hate to bother you with such a small concern but it is annoying.
My form "March Task Form 5" continually shows an unread submission. There is none. It reappears on my mobile apps after being cleared.
Please check it out.

I have now cleared your form caches, checked your account and can see no unread submissions. I can also suggest to log out and log in back. Can you kindly check if the issue is resolved at your end?
