Why are we over quota?

non profit dog park from CT. here-my membership sign up page is over its quota

I have checked your account and noted that you have exceeded the payment limit for your plan.

Kindly note that you will not be able to receive new payment until the limit is reset on the 1st day of the every month or until you upgrade you plan. However other submissions will be received only payment submissions will not be received.

Kindly note that Free Plans are limited to only 3 payments per month and you already have three Payments.
