Exporting submissions to Google Drive

Hi,

I have an active form with a number of submissions. I just set up the sync with Google Drive, so that all new submissions will be sent to a shared folder. I'm wondering if there is a way to have the forms that have already been submitted sent to Google Drive as well.

I'm afraid we do not have an option to send to Google Drive the existing submissions made prior to integrating the form. But here's a workaround that you can do.

You can edit the submissions made on your form (but not make any changes) and resubmit it.

The resubmitted form should be passed to Google Drive when you do that.

Please note that if you don't want you or your respondents to receive email alerts when submissions are resubmitted (through editing), make sure to disable the Send on Edit option of the email notification/autoresponder in your form.
