Having trouble embedding JotForm on Blackbaud CRM page

I'm trying to use the Source Code option to embed a landing page. I changed the layout of the HTML from using unordered lists to div tags. I'm getting the following error on load of the page: Uncaught TypeError: element.dispatchEvent is not a function. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! - Greg

It looks like you have deleted the form that is embedded to your website.

Also, the error does not seem to be related to JotForm.

Please note that if you make any changes to the form, the source code also needs to be updated (copied from JotForm and pasted to the website).

Make sure that you do not remove or change the name attributes of the fields as this will cause the form not to work correctly.
