I purchased the wrong subscriptions

    I checked our logs and it seems you have a Bronze yearly subscription and then switched to a Silver monthly subscription.  Let us know which subscription you intended to have and we can cancel and refund the incorrect one.

    We are wanting the silver plan due to the amount of payments and
    enrollments needed. Are we able to cancel or downgrade at anytime?

    As my colleague has mentioned, it seems that you have subscribed to the Bronze yearly plan first and then changed to the Silver monthly plan.

    The current plan on your account shows Silver, so there is nothing we need to change.

    You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
