I have a form that's published but I can't find it in my folders

    I have checked your account and I can see that you have created 4 forms.

    You also have access to a Shared Folder. If you know the Form ID or the Form Title, you can search from the Search Bar at the top right.

    If you still can't find the form, please share the Form URL with us so we can check which account is the owner of that form and why you can't find it.
