Form: Switch Layout

I want to switch to a card template from the so called long form or traditional.

Yes, you can switch Form layouts in your form by simple going to your SETTINGS> FORM SETTINGS>SHOW MORE OPTIONS.

Scrolldown until you find Form Layout and change the layout to "Single Question in One Page".
