I just upgraded to bronze but it is still showing my submissions almost used up

    How long does it take for my upgrade to kick in?  I don't want to lose any signature to a very time sensitive letter?

    I just checked the status of your account and it was successfully upgraded to the Bronze Monthly plan. If this is not what is showing on your end, I suggest that you try logging out then logging back into your account.
