All inegrations are not showing on forms

I experienced the same thing and I tried different browsers. I even created a new form and it was the same. Please does mailchimp integration work on the free plan

Can you try clearing your browser's cache and let us know if the problem persists? Currently, upon testing on my end, I was not able to replicate the issue.
