How to forward approved submission through php and mysql?

Dears,

Hello I want to create simple website. in website 3 user have been working. one is student, second is teacher and third is principle. when the student is a holiday, he fill the application form and submit to teacher not directly submited to principle. then teacher is checked the application and forward to principle. plz tell me how teacher forward application thorugh php and mysql. i just do not know forward. Simply I just want to make a php form. plz help me. tell me smiple method code or refrence link plz help me.

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understood your approval process. 

Can you kindly clarify how the teacher is reviewing the submission? At submissions page?

Please be noted that the guide that you are referencing is to send the form submission data to your MySQL database using PHP. If you want to notify the principal by the teacher for the submission of the student, please refer to the guide below:

you have said link.Its have been same working but some is different. In link 2 user have been working. customer A and mangerA. But in my website 3 user. 

student: submit information.

teacher : checked data. and forward to principle.

prenciple: checked application and decide accept pr reject.

my question is that how teacher data forward to prenciple through (forward button)?

teacher click on forward button then data show to prenciple.

student not directly submit application to prenciple.

As far as I understood, your diagram defines these three steps below:

Step 1 - Student fills the form and Teacher gets a notification email

Step 2 - If the teacher approves, s/he edits the form as approved and a notification email is sent to the Principle; if the teacher denies the application than an autoresponder is sent to Student

Step 3 - Principle checks the form and upon approval or denial, an Autoresponder is sent to the Student.

If so, you can still manage this situation via the user guide that was shared by my colleague Kiran on his answer.

You just need to adjust the email conditions in regards to who is the reviewer (teacher or the principle) and the status.
