I'm having issues with parents not being able to complete a form I created. They are receiving the following message:
Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
This is the message several parents have received and their student hasn't been registered. Please assist. Thanks

I have checked your JotForm and see that the Unique submission is enabled with 'Check Cookies and IP' option and so the form is not allowing to submit again.
Please disable this option so that multiple submissions will be allowed on your form.
