The plain text element can't be added to the email (as far as I know).
But you could store that text in a short/long text entry field and turn on the elements "Read-only" option. That way the user can't influence the default text and it get's included in the email automatically!

Note:
If you don't want the text to be displayed in the actual form, you can hide the field and the text will still be shown in the email!

As mentioned by @BornaSepic, the text fields from the form cannot be added to the email. However, you may copy the same text from the fields to the email directly by editing the body content as per your requirement.
