Login Credentials Won't Work

    Hi there,


    My login credentials won't work - username: valeriej

    Under email address: askme@valeriejurado.com 


    When I click the "forget my password" and it sends a reset your password link, the email never comes.


    Can you help?

    The reset password is not being sent to that email address. The registered email address for that account is "valeriejensen@bellaliant.net". Please try resetting it again, and check the inbox for that email address.

    Why did I get this back last time I was inquiring to update my JotForm username from my assistant then?

    That is NOT my email.

    My assistant still has her login and it's listed as GUEST - whitneygries.

    We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding.

    I understand that you were told by one of my colleagues that your username was updated from whitneygries to valeriej on this thread. However, the username, valeriej, is already not available even before you made the request. And we would like to apologize for any confusion.

    We will be glad to update your account username to a different username. And, I see that your other two preferred username are still both available.

    We would also like to inform you that the email address, askme@valeriejurado.com, is not associated with any registered account. And the account, whitneygries, is associated with the email address — g***s.w*****y@g****.com

    Please update the username to *vjurado*
    I changed the email address in the account, but it didn't stick. So weird.

    As per your request, we have now changed your account username whitneygries to vjurado. If you are using any custom URLs for your JotForms, you'll be required to change the username in the form URL.
