Extremely disgusting. Why would the login stop working. We were planning to pay and upgrade today. Kindly help at this one. Where do we get a proper reply for the same and how quickly that will be. Waiting!

Your account got suspended because of the VIROASTROLOGY KYC & SUBSCRIPTION form is collecting Passport.
We need to delete the field or the page so we can re-activate your account. Let us know if that is okay with you.

understand it better and abide by the same. The purpose is to identify the
person dealing with us and hence we went ahead with that. We will come up
with a better option.
