I'm having an extremely difficult time figuring out how to configure the conditions. I also don't know how to find out which page numbers listed in the conditions section are affiliated with specific portions of the form.

Here are a few of the things that I was trying to do:

    CDM collapse
    Start at input 323
End at break 61 (right before it)
Skip to checkout – input 62
    End at submit button

    US collapse
    Start at input 323
    End at input 35
End at break 61 – right before it
Skip to checkout – input 62
    End at submit button

Question here: Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do if a client selects both options; sound services and security options?

    IPP collapse
    Start at input 267
At input 66 – grade and middle school level option should continue on through the form until it reaches input 86
Skip to checkout – input 62
    End at submit button

At input 66 – high school or older option should continue on through the form and stop at input 77
It should start again at input 82 and end at input 86
Skip to checkout – input 62
    End at submit button

    JHC collapse

    Start at input 281

    Input 91 (Copyrighting Option)
    End input 102
    End input 125
    End at submit button

This is just some of what I was trying to do, but can’t seem to figure out. I also have one additional question. Is there any way to have PayPal options populate when people select check boxes on the form?

Thanks so much again for your help. I could surely use it. I was hoping this would be a one day thing, but it’s taking much longer than expected… only because I’m not familiar with all of the features of your program though. Hope to hear from you soon… Like within the next couple of hours if possible :0)

Okay… I rearranged the form… a lot. I deleted all of the collapses as suggested and left one page break, but unfortunately, the collapses are still showing. (1) Is there any specific reason why? I also noticed that none of the conditions that I added to the form are working. I only chose show for all of the conditions. Should I have chosen any other options? Here are the links for the forms. If you can’t view them, please let me know how I can activate them so that I can get things finalized. I absolutely love the way that things are looking. I might need to add just a few more things, but otherwise, I’m very pleased with what I’ve seen so far.

Clone of Master Form – minus collapses

Master Form – with collapses that serve as page markers
    http://form.jotform.us/form/23013194823144

    (2) I also need to know how I can break things up a little. There are way too many questions in each section for them to be just listed in one form without page breaks.
    (3) I like the way that the collapse fields look on my form. Is there absolutely no way that they can function within the realm of what I’m trying to do?

Thanks so much for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello tamaracdaniels.  This error may have been caused due to a replication delay from our servers.  Can you visit the following forms and see if your changes work on these sites:

Clone of Master Form – minus collapses
    http://www.jotform.us/form/23038074311140

Master Form – with collapses that serve as page markers
    http://www.jotform.us/form/23013194823144

    * take note, I just changed form.jotform.us to www.jotform.us

    (2) I also need to know how I can break things up a little. There are way too many questions in each section for them to be just listed in one form without page breaks.

Unfortunately, page breaks and form collapse elements could not be together.  So you can either use page breaks for all parts of your forms or you can use the form collapse instead.

    (3) I like the way that the collapse fields look on my form. Is there absolutely no way that they can function within the realm of what I’m trying to do?

If you're wondering about the use of the form collapse and the page break in one form, unfortunately, it's not possible.

    Thanks…

Alright… so I created a Clone of the Clone form :0) And, made lots more changes. I’m still having trouble with the conditions… or understanding them rather. Would I need to select hide for all remaining options that aren’t applicable to each specific application in order for the form to work properly? I’ve structured the form the way that I want it to play out and have provided an outline for the conditions, but this feature in particular is still giving me the flux. Here’s the new link for the Clone of the Clone form: http://www.jotform.us/form/23044885972160. Thanks so much for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

No, you do not need apply additional Hide conditions when you use Show conditions. The system hides the fields when the Show conditions are not meet.

However, multiple conditions related to one field will not work together. You have multiple Show Checkout Card conditions.

To fix the problem, you will need to combine such conditions into one condition with multiple rules instead.

    Example:

The same is true for other Show conditions. If you need help with some exact conditions, please provide more information, and we will try to help. Thank you.
