Deleted paid account by mistake

    I created 2 accounts by mistake and deleted the account with the upgrade.  Will deleting the account stop my subscription?

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, when I checked if there is an account associated with the email address that you have used in opening this post, I found one account — catesiah. The account is on a free subscription.

    We will be glad to help you with your concern. Can you provide us the username of your two accounts, please? Also, did you make a request to delete your paid account here in the support forum?
