I have continously this error in my company, i check and we don´t exceed the rte per minute something is wrong with the limit of the server.

this can be happen because i have a lot of computers with the same ip, all people in my office use jotform, so this can happen, any way to manage this? a lot of request of the same IP.

Forms are limited to allow up to 60 submissions per minute. If it goes over the error occures. Please note that this is a limit implemented on the forms in order to avoid abusive use of submissions. We are currently limiting the rate of submissions from the same IP address. If the same IP has sent more than 60 submissions in a minute then the message will be shown.
Waiting for another minute or so should allow you to submit the form again.
Please test your form again. If the issue persists, we will investigate further.
- andres00515Answered on April 01, 2018 at 05:43 PMThis is a old problem, actually I don’t send 60 submission per minute. Something is wrong with that limit. You need investigate this problem something is happen. Please I always have the same response. This is not the case.

I have added your username andres00515 and IP address to the Whitelist. This should prevent the blocking of form submissions if form submissions were being triggered at an abnormal rate.
Do let us know if issue still persist after this.

please this is my only static IP
other IP are dinamic so nothing to do.
