When I trying to login to my JotForm account, the site is saying me that your account has been suspended. I don't know why my account was suspended. Please let me know how can I retrive my account.
I am using JotForm for my company's Marketing Department. I create Brochures, Flyers of properties, my company associates used JotForm to give me the property details, description etc. Then I create the requested item and will send them. And recently we are expending our work with more items, yesterday I created new form in my account. It was created successfully. Now when I try to login my account to make some changes the JotForm saying me that my account was suspended.
Also my current form is not working. Please find the screenshot for the error.
Kindly please re-active my account, I am planning to take premier account in JotForm in very soon as we are going to expend our services in my company, so we will be get lots of request from our associates.
Look forward to your kind support.

Hi Thank you so much for re-activating my account.
But I have created username and password for my competators, my company's CEO doesn't like to know our competators about our services and working style. That is why I have created them.
Is that okay if I continue with the username and password for my account ? I can understand your auto phishing system, but I really need the username and password fields for my account.
Look forward to your kind support again.
