If I understand you correctly, you want to change the Sender Email for Notification Emails (that you receive) and Autoresponder Emails (that the users receive).

You can use the SMTP of your email to send these emails. Check the help guide below for a detailed explanation on this.

    Hi-
Is there a way to create a drop down for multiple addresses? I run
A real estate company that has several addresses for my handyman to repair— to make it easier for him when completing the form, I was hoping the form could have the addresses setup in a Dropdown to choose from—-Instead of having to type addresses every time
    Thanks

Also- if there is a way to pre-populate the address, I would also
Like to know how to hide that section from the tenant once the
Form goes over for signature to the tenant—-the current flow goes from the handyman to the tenant for signature them comes me after both have signed
As a test I did the below sequence—- but it DID NOT WORK
I created a condition to show after the handyman
Signs to hide section with repairs from tenant— this
Is so the tenant cannot change any information recorded
By handyman— but it did not work —it was still showing for edits
When it was sent to the tenant—- review the repair form
    Condition and you will see—
If you can assist, I now need to hide both the addresses as well as the repair section if you can provide me a resolution
    Thanks

Yes, you can pre-populate the fields of your form via URL Parameters.
