How do I use PayPal on my form to collect payments?

in this form how do I use pay pal?

completed sections house call request and payment Request Form

when I click on pay pal I get only the comments section I am going to use the form on

I have checked your JotForm and see that you have added PayPal pro field to the form for receiving payments. You'll need to configure the products/subscriptions in the payment field wizard so that the form can receive the payments.
