Will editing of submission create a new one?

It would be really great if the submission would appear in the submissions list if I edit it.  At the moment only the original submission appears; even if I have edited it several times.

    Thanks

When you edit the submission and submit the changes, the edited submission will just replace the existing one. Since you're editing the same submission, you will not have a new one created, if that is what you had in mind?

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

It doesn’t appear to do that. When I searched earlier via the app, it had the original one. When I clicked to edit, the web page had the new dates. I would prefer all submissions to be listed separately; or the ability to clone a submission.

When the form has been submitted a submission with filled data will appear in your Submissions page and unique Submission ID is auto-generated.

When you edit the existing submission, you're editing it by accessing that generated Submission ID. So you cannot have new submission created after editing the existing one.

What are the form ID and submission ID where you experienced this problem?
