We have been using Jotform for the last few years with no problems. Recently we've been unable to have people register online and it comes up with an error 'PCI processor error'.
In the payments settings it says to verify our paypal account - which has been working fine for years. when we click on 'verify' is comes up and says 'verified'. It's not saving this verification. Each time we go back in to check it says to verify it again?
Could you please look at this?
